Hello there and thank you very much for stumbling across Only One Timo Glock. And if you couldn’t tell from the title, a blog based on the fortunes of current Virgin Racing driver Timo Glock. If you want to find out more, I’d suggest heading over to the ‘About Timo’ page.
So what about me then? Well, big Formula 1 fan as I’m sure you can guess, a massive Timo Glock fan. Aside from supporting him, I also am a fan of BMW Sauber. As you may be aware, 2007 was great (Glock was BMW’s test driver). As a fan, I watched sporadically from around 2000/2001 till 2006. The first race I can remember that I watched was the 2001 US GP, won by Mika Hakkinen. Intrestingly enough it was Hakkinen’s last win and also Murray Walker’s last race that he commentated on TV. Since 2007, its been watching every race. Even that pesky getting up in the early hours for the Australian races and the such.
You can also find me wandering or posting around the web. My main haunt is sidepodcast, which just so happens to take up too much of my time. But, I sometimes post on my other, more general blog, The Northern Waffler. I like to focus on everything there, not just F1, but that does creep up a lot in it. Hopefully, I’ll see you around.
Hey. I happily stumbled upon your blog looking for any info on where my favorite driver, Timo Glock may wind up next year. As I’m sure you know, Timo seems to fly under the radar & there’s a lack of info on him. Needless to say, I’m bookmarking your blog & checking in regularly.
